This is a picture of Marek's disease of the skin.

My first thought when I saw the spot you indicated was infection. Maybe of the feather follicle?

Is the growth squishy and soft or hard? You say she has several of these on her neck?

Can you please clarify her other symptoms? I would keep all of this in one discussion so people can better help you.

How old is she?

She is around 1.5 - 2 years old. It all started with a swollen eye. I put her on duramycin for a respiratory infection and the swelling is gone but her eye is still closed. Then she started limping, to the point where her leg seems paralyzed. Im giving her 1ml of nutridrench a day, today is the third day. Then I noticed her vent is irritated. Underneath the "coin slot" is swollen. Not her entire abdomen, just that spot. And now she is getting wry neck on top of the spots on her neck. The spots are kind of hard and somewhat clustered further down

I also got a side view of her vent. She is panting i think from pain and I think it's because of it. I don't know what to do

Also the white stuff is Monostat for possible vent gleet

Update: we had to put her down. Her other leg got bad also and she was continuously trying to get comfortable but couldn't.

Oh, I'm so very sorry to hear this. You did your very best coming here and asking for help for your darling hen. I haven't been receiving alerts for some reason, so I wasn't following your comments.

It's like a cascade of symptoms all stacking up together and making her very sick. Did a vet put her down for you? Any thoughts on what happened?

You may have been able to prolong her life, but to what purpose if she was suffering and only worsening? It's a gift we've been blessed with being able to make these kinds of decisions for our animal friends.

I'm so sorry. Sometimes the last gift of love we can give our birds is to let them fly free. She was lucky to have you as a flock mom.
