I have a hen that can barely stand up and is leaning to one side. Also her neck and head are one side. She is eating and drinking OK. Any idea what this could be?

How old is your hen and what's being fed on a regular basis including treats and supplements?

How hot is it where you are? Could it be to hot for her and she got some sort of heat stroke?
