Looks like a red sex link or isa brown

ISA brown and RSL are different names for the same thing.

Doesn’t look like a cockerel to me. At least, I see no signs of it in that picture. Also, if it is a red sex link, it would definitely be a pullet (RSL cockerels are a different color).

He is mostly white with a bit of tan and red speckled in and has a pretty black and yellow on his back here and there.

That’s a normal color for red sex link pullets.
