right now i have 9 including the hurt one right now in the coop and I could fit up to 12 as long as they are all bantam size

How big is the coop? If it cannot fit a roost bar than it's not gonna fit birds.

My little pullet can move her legs now! I couldn't move her legs this morning at all and now they can move!and my coop can fit a roost bar but then if they were on the roost they might fly up and hit the ceiling the coop isn't very tall.

I am glad she is getting better, just give her some time and separate the males until the pullets begin to lay eggs.
