Did you seperate her from the others? As silly as it may sound I know some vets have avian vets that can help.

Our vet refuses to even look at chickens.

When you ask him even the simplest question his answer is
"I dont treat chickens, I eat chickens."

Do they fluff out their feathers when they have a cold?

yes they do.
But sometimes they can have a cold not fluff up.

Okay, im praying that its only a minor cold as it has been with 50 other chicks in the last two days.

Well hes still here today, and I think he may be getting a little better, as he walked away from me (like normal) today instead of just letting me pick him up.
I have to go to job training, so hopefully I can get VetRx after that.
