I have a partridge Cochin rooster who, in the last week, has developed yellow bumps on his wattles, these are the only place with these, but today he had one on his eyelid, he acts normal, we gave him a shot of antibiotics, what is this and how do you stop it?

Fowl pox maybe? There is a "dry" pox, mostly on the skin, wattles, comb, etc... and also a "wet" form of the pox which can get in the mouth and stuff like that. I think I've read that it can be transmitted by mosquitos. Do a search on it and see if it's similar to what you're dealing with.
