Emicon deaths.

The smilies/emicons in the drop down menu seem to be disappearing!
Is this a deliberate policy in a drive for greater eloquence, or has this feature been neglected?
I’ve found the post with casportpony’s selection and offerings from others but wouldn’t it be better to have some included the drop down menu?

Well, just off the top of my head, the old man with the stick has gone.
I used to get three rows at least if my memory serves me and now I only get two.

What web browser are you using and what's the version of said browser?

I'm not sure about that. I do think it would be a good thing if we could add our own emoji to the box. It would be quicker to add them rather than having to go to my downloads all the time.

I don't think this should make any difference but I'm using Puppy Linux Xenial, Pale Moon browser and duckduckgo search engine.

The browser can make a world of difference. Have you tried using a different browser?

I'll reboot later and see what happens on Firefox on another partition.
I wonder if my browser sees the emicon elements as blockable.(?)
