I am using the app on IPhone 7. I have used it for the past 3 years without any issues. I never have problems using my desktop.......but am rarely on that.

Must be exclusive to Apple phones...
I'm on Galaxy S10 on the web with no issue.

I just used the web instead of the app on my iPhone, and I was able to access the smilies without any issues!!!!
Looks like Apple is the issue....

I have always used Samsung Galaxy phones, swore I’d never own an iPhone or Apple anything. Hubby however has wanted to try iPhone. Needed new phones asap a couple weeks ago. The store was out of Galaxy 10. They had just received an iPhone 11 shipment that day. I acquiesced and we got iPhones. Regretting it already.

Too much trouble. Too far away. We play musical chairs with vehicles so timing is everything. I’ll hold out till the contract finishes. Meanwhile hubby will see I was right as usual. LOLOL!
