Emu egg breakfast

My male emu Neptune had gone broody but had only the one egg. I put the other 5 in the incubator, the 6th had frozen son it was no good. well cant let him try and hatch an ice cube right?

Scrambled in the pan

taste like chicken (eggs)

egg was over 600 grams
