Emu egg closer to 10%

Hi guys.. So my one egg (well, two but mainly the one is worse) is behind in weight loss, closer to 10% I can't find any information besides "it will be bloated"

What might happen? Might it be OK upon hatch?
What can I do to help it, anything?

At this point I project, if I'm lucky, it will get to 10.5% or 11% by the time it hatches.

15% is the best weight loss, but 12% is generally okay, though on the lower end of the safe spectrum. Any less than that, and the chick might die before it hatches. What is the humidity in your incubator? Do you have any water in there? And what day of incubation are you on?

Hi Pyxis. I am on day 46. i expect them to hatch closer to day 60 since these were incubated around 95 degrees. Humidity is currently around 30 but I'm not sure if the reader is correct. The two 'problem' eggs have been sitting on a 'moisture' grabber packet for the last week or so and are losing steadily now (which I'm not sure if it's a safe game, to play "catch up the weight loss" right before hatch).

I don't have any water in there.

Well I did some calculations. The egg is at 9.8% weight loss and has managed to lose 12g over the last week or so. I am hoping that if it continues to lose, and loses another 10g before hatch, it will be at 11.46% weight loss. So I am hoping that this may not be as big an issue as i previously worried. This is stressful!
