Emu egg time again.............

They can start breeding in Sept, start laying anytime after that, then normally take a break and start up in spring/summer if I remember. I know my first emu chick I ever bought was in Nov.
Now i still have to find another female.... and I have to get Pumba DNA tested to see what he/she is for sure.

I kept 5 out of last years hatch id bet 4 are girls . They got that don't touch me look like my adult female has. Well I am glad they don't start till after christmas . With me working retail it would be too much load anyway.
