Emu Processing

I am looking for emu ranchers or farmers located in the Midwest. We will have a plant opening soon in southern WI. We have the opportunity for emu growers to supply a market, grow their business, and make some money. Are there emu growers on this list??

Yeah there are.. however most people on here raise and sell them as pets

those of us on here (very few and far between) who do raise them for meat process our own..

good luck with your venture... you may be better off planning on processing ostrich instead of emu since there seems to be more people raising them just for meat since they aren't quite as friendly as the "average pet emu"
