Encourage Chicks to Hatch?

I have a chick that is hatching at the moment but I was wondering if you talk to the chicks does it encourage them to hatch?

Maybe-- I think hens cluck to there chicks during incubation and when hatching. Also, some say that allowing the eggs to touch in the incubator can sync the hatch because the chicks are "communicating". Worth a try!
