chicks hatching?

here is a hatch along I started when I first put them in!

I have a chick that is hatching at the moment but I was wondering if you talk to the chicks does it encourage them to hatch?

2 of our chicks are out but one might die

does anyone know by chance what is wrong with this chick, I took this when it hatched out of its shell, so its still tired

This poor little one, I assume, did not make it? It has not absorbed its yolk by the looks of it and has now possibly ruptured it, judging by the blood loss

I still don't know what it was, I don't think it was the yoke. Later that night the intestines started to come out so I think it was under developed or developed wrong so we had to euthanize it, But we did get a chick to hatch this morning!
