48 degrees of what??? Temperature should be on 99.5 degrees F or 37.5 degrees celsius and humidity about 65 -70% ish

Did you candle the eggs to make sure they were developing?
You should be able to pick up the eggs and hear them peep now.
After reading happy hens post I am nervous for you. If its 10 degrees C to hot, then the outcome probably will not be good.
Probably not. Just open the incubator for a minute and listen. Go check the temp, and post it here please. Before you open it. Don't let out the hot air.Should I go pick up the eggs and see if they are peeping and if they are not should I candle them?
