chicks hatching?

I dont know

Can you see or hear a fan going round to circulate the air? Can you tell us what brand the incubator is?

It makes a difference as a forced air (with a fan) incubator is set at 37.5 degrees celsius but a still air incubator is set just a fraction higher so depending on which you have, you may be fine or not.

What is your humidity level? You haven't mentioned that at all and it should be up around 70%.

Also, when calculating your hatch day, did you count the day you set your eggs as day one or the following day? It should be from the following day....24 hours after the eggs are set. So whatever day of the week you set your eggs, they should hatch three weeks later on the same day HOWEVER fluctuations in temps and humidity can slow them down so it's important that you are patient.

Quite frankly, it doesn't matter. The die has been cast now. Put plenty of water in it, because this is a important time. You need to make sure the membrane is hydrated, or it turns to leather.
Feel free to fill up the reservoirs. And wait. Did you turn your eggs, or do you have a automatic egg turner?

Im getting off work now, so I doubt ill be back on tonight very much at all.

Make sure you keep updating us, because now im involved, and Uncle Sublight wants to know how the kids are.

I put them in on the December 25th 2017

it has a automatic egg turner but I put it in the hatching tray on Saturday thinking they were going to hatch

Ok, it all sounds good then. Today is 'hatch day' but it could be over the next several days. Keep the temperature steady at 37.5, humidity at 70% and sit on your hands. Good luck!

well, no hatchers today... Lets hope they hatch tomorrow, Ill tell you guys if they do hatch tomorrow morning or after school.

we cracked them open today and non of them were fertilized... :hit there is always next time
That stinks. If you know anyone that has chickens, and they are a breed that you like, im sure you can get some from them.
That stinks man.
Suggestion? 16 bucks, and you can check your eggs when ever you want. I have one and it works great. I like to candle them a week and a half into the incubation period, and remove the eggs that aren't fertilized. Saves room when the chicks hatch
