end of egg has what looks like a wet area is it safe to eat?

hi everyone; i occasionally get eggs that have a wet looking area on one end. no more than the size of a pencil eraser end. i've been kinda concerned about this area being unusally porous & having contaminants in the egg. what do you think?

WHen you pick the egg up, is the wet on the downside? it might not have dried off from when the hen laid it. you can always tell if its too porous.
