Make sure all your physical needs are being met. Pay close attention to diet and exercise. Keep your protein and fiber levels high and maybe add a vitamin mineral supplement. The chewables at Wal-Mart metabolize well. Get adequate(8 or 9 hrs) sleep and maybe look into the possibility of Seasonal Affective disorder. Don't overlook the spiritual part of your make up. If you don't already know what you believe, start the search. If you know, spend time in that area. Some people recommend drugs for this problem but I think that should be a last resort for only the most severe problems. Even then, they rarely work long term. Oh, and be careful what kind of entertainment you use. Too much news, scary tv and movies do make things worse. Love and prayers, Kate
