Hi. So we picked up the chicks today, but they aren't very active and sleep. They have not eaten or drank anything since we got them. They came at five. Should I be worried.

NAME: Meeker the Squeaker
AGE: about six months
BREED: Golden lace Sebright
GENDER: Female
EXTRA INFO: Meaker started out as a tiny chick, bought from a feed store. She grew from a fuzzy little chirping ball, to a beautiful young hen. There she is trying to enter herself into the contest, sometimes she is quite vain...

NAME Red, Hylia, and Holly.
BREED + COLOURING All Bantam Cochins + Red (Red) Hylia (white) and Holly, (red with highlights)
AGE (All about a year old)
GENDER (Red, rooster) (Hylia, hen) and (Holly, hen)
and any extra info and/or stories are welcome.

We got them last summer, my aunt snuck Red and Hylia home as chicks, against the housekeeper's rules, and she wanted us to go back and get another red one she saw, so that's when Holly came into place. Of course, we became fond of them, so they got to stay.

Hylia and Holly are constantly brooding, and only Holly hatched her own egg.
(Which was successful in producing a B. Cochin X LF Buff Brahma mixed cockerel)

NAME: Little Red, Miles, Hei Hei, (He went through a bunch of names)
BREED + COLOURING: Belgian D' Anver quail + Quail coloring.
AGE: (I can't remember to be honest)
GENDER: Rooster.
and any extra info and/or stories are welcome.
He was as mean as the devil himself unless you were holding him, then he was fine. Although he would shiver constantly, perhaps his nervousness added to his aggression.
He was picked off by some aerial predator sometime this year.
