Thanks to this group for help with diagnosis of my hen's condition. The Vet ruled out worms and prescribed Nystatin...the good news I know how to give the medicine safely. Bad news 2 X/day 3.2 ml for 2 weeks!!
Ideas or videos on how to hold the chicken while administering? If someone else was holding I would be all good...but I am doing this by myself. I wrap her in a towel, hold between my legs, gently lift the head to extend and then can insert the soft tube past the trachea. Just better ideas for holding while administering liquid meds?

I stand the bird on a table, drape an arm over them, then use the elbow to wedge them to my body, this gives a free hand to pull down wattles/control the head, while you have the other to administer medications.

Ugh so it's been 8.5 days (17 doses of Nystatin). Little Enid is so over getting the little tube down her throat each time to get the meds. I do see improvement! She's a good little hen, still laying and sweet as can be. There is still a discharge, but she's otherwise healthy and normal. Nystatin is supposed to go 14 days. I'm adding the apple cider vinegar to the water. What else am I supposed to be doing again? Should I keep doing the soaks? I ran out of Epsom Salts...Maybe I should keep putting the Myconazole product on the vent? Should I buy more Epsom salt?
