Ok I have never had my hens lay eggs this big. I don't know which one of them it was, but what exactly made them lay such a big egg? It was one of my Red Sex-Links. If I put this in my incubator will it hatch?

This is a picture of the usual sized egg compared to the giant egg.

Yikes, that is some egg. Good chance it is a double egg/ has 2+ yolks in it. You get those when two egg yolks were released by the hen too close together and ended up in the same egg. It is pretty common in young hens whose egg laying system is not synchronized yet, but in some hens it is hereditary and they will do it their whole life.
Usually people don't set double yolked eggs since they usually won't/can't hatch...there are a number of threads where people have set them and tried, there is a long thread on one that worked.

It's a pullet egg. They'll be turning one in April.
