For the winter months as you get snow I'd be closing off a few of those ventilation ports...not all of them, but some of them. You want them to have fresh air, but no real "drafts" blowing on them.

Thanks for reply- new to raising chickens! I'm so stressed making sure all is perfect. My chicks are almost 2 weeks now so trying to finalize coop and run. Leave all the vents open in summer?

I hope you have a big window, in the doors or somewhere. The vents look good, but it's too dark without a big opening, hopefully on the south side. In really bad weather you can cover the west and north vents with clear plastic or something to still let in light. Mary

Add hinged flaps above all your vents. The flaps can be propped open for partial air flow, closed during storms, or fully open during hot weather. Cannot tell from your pictures but if they are under a roof overhang then that is a bonus.

Hinged flap

Thank you for the replies. I was thinking a hinged flap as well and we plan to have one window in the coop somewhere. We live in western pa so summers not too bad- usually 90-100 in july, august and nights in 75-80, our winters vary. This year was an awful winter and -20 with windchill some nights. I bought cold hardy breeds and hope that helps. I really am hoping I don't have to run a heat source out to the coop in winter as it wld be very difficult.

Hinged flap with a chain so you can open or close as
much as needed.
