Enrofloxacin dosage

Hey guys my asil rooster 3.5 kg is wheezing and sneezing and has a mild diarrhea. So I bought enrofloxacin 10 ml injectable solution it say each ml contains 100mg. I also have a few insulin syringes these are omnican 100 (1ml). How much should I give him plz help

The dose that most people say their vets told them to use is 10 mg/kg twice a day for 3-5 days. The math for that is:
3.5 x 10 / 100 = 0.35 ml twice a day.
