Hey, Denna, before you sale these guys, go gather up a wheelbarrow full of eggs and send them to me!
Actually I'm planning on getting some eggs from you here in another week or so, but I would love some BLRW, either size, so I may have to wait awhile. I'll send you a pm first part of next week.
Oh, if one of the Blue, White or Black roos accidently gets left behind
it could come live with my flock of Giant Cochins. If you would have been selling just those colors, I would have been first in line to get them! I was tempted as it was (so tempted I didn't dare post on here til they were already spoKen for!) but DH would have gone through the roof it I said I was bringing another 30 chickens home. O-well, he would have got over it!
They are just buying them for the eating eggs so I am sure they would not mind leaving you a Rooster, we are keeping the blues but have a couple REALLY nice show quality black or white roos so which ever you want I will ask the new owners to leave it behind.. I will be heading to Caldwell in the next month or so and can bring him down :O)
and I have a bunch of giant cochin eggs they are laying around 2 dozen a day.. so if you want some let me know and you can just pay the shipping..
Denna
is that. Let me know what shipping on the Cochin eggs will be and I will paypal you this afternoon, anytime you want to send them is fine with me. I'm up to three bators now so can pretty much set eggs any time. When you come to Caldwell, I will have you bring some more Jersey and, hopefully, BLRW eggs, maybe a few others, if you don't mind.
Yup, I'm addicted to hatching! If you are planning on selling more Serama pairs or trios, let me know. I have people wanting them and certainly don't mind being the middle man for you for delivery/pick up if they don't want to pay shipping. I will send you their info or vice versa, though, so you can work out the details for payment, etc..... Thanks so much! Kim
Oh no, we're losing some of our connection here? We have eggs from your flock (JG, C and Serama) in our incubator right now - they are doing well despite the P.O. attempts to crush them
Thanks for the offer to replace the broken JG and Cochin eggs though - I never did find the "lost" Serama's, and as to the broken ones, it was NOT your fault! Thank you for the excellent packaging - we are seeing lots of babies wiggling inside now! If it doesnt work out now, it'll be my mess up anyhoo...Enjoy the rest of your poultry...my husband has been making rumbling noises about pheasants, hmmmm, wonder how they do with ducks?
I actually cant wait to see what the Seramas are like? They were just "icing on the cake" when I bought the eggs, but now I'm really excited about them! Thanks so much, Tina
there ya go Tina.. remind me when the pheasants start laying and I will send you some pheasant eggs to "replace the cochin"
will still have lots of serama and JG's if your hatch does not go well.. Have also recently gotten into red laced wyandotte bantams.. we will see how that goes
Denna
UPDATE.. Kim got you a Blue roo is that better than black???
Ok, that is all of the "over the top happy" smilies I can find. Yes, a blue roo is better than a black. I'm so excited. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Oh, I got to thinking, do you need my address to figure shipping costs for the eggs or do you just use flat rate? Just let me now what info you need and when you want paypal. Thanks again, Kim
