Yes, I know, but if the OP is anything like me, he/she might have other animals to worm (kittens, cats, puppies, dogs, foals, horses, pigeons, doves, crias) and should consider their safety, especially if they're going to put it in drinking water which other animals might have access to. Make sense?

That has nothing to do with which broad spectrum wormer is best to use for turkeys. I know...you're really smart compared to so many other people.

Wrong. The international breed title is known as the Australian Cattle Dog. Every breed club is labeled as such. Had them for 31 years. Very familiar with them.

IMNSHO, Safeguard is the best choice if one has other animals that they might want to worm.

I am definitely *not* smart, lol, just trying my best to share what I've learned.

HLK82, sorry about going off topic... I have a few turkeys and peafowl that I've been treating on and off for histomoniasis (blackhead) for the last two years and what works for me is Safeguard/Panacur, liquid or paste (fenbendazole 10%). Since I have so many different types of birds and mammals, I have chosen to stick with something that I can use on *all* of them as well.
