Investigating Error - Oops! We ran into some problems

Me too. I just ”refresh” and it goes away. I was only asking in case I’d done something wrong when I had to re-sign in when I changed my email address. So I won’t worry about that one anymore. I’d put a new icon on my home screen when I came back to BYC, so the update had already taken place. I’m just gonna chalk that one up to Refresh, Refresh, and Refresh! Thanks!

I’ll have to play around to get my Watched Threads back, waiting happily for me to come and check on them. Thank you for that info, too.
 
First, every time I try to visit, I get this when I come in:

I get that security thing about once a day. I just refresh the page and it goes away. :)

Weird... this is the first I've heard of this, and not something I've ever run into.

It would be good to find the consistencies around who is getting those errors and when. If it's specific to a browser, device, page, etc. etc. etc. so we can try to duplicate it and fix it.

@CarpCharacin is this something you've seen before?

@Nifty-Chicken, I did dump the home screen icon I had and started over. I still get the Security message and have to hit the “refresh” button to clear it. I thought I’d missed a security step when I came back, but if others have gotten it too that can’t be it. I don’t get it every time today like I was getting it.

I don’t use the BYC app.

Instead I use my Safari browser to get here, get on the site, and then add the page to my home screen so I just have to tap the icon and I’m here.

I even tried dumping and using Google to maneuver to the site, but I still get the message. Does that help?
