Solved Error when viewing 2011 profiles

When I tried to view several different user profiles created in 2011, I got this error

I haven't located every member who joined in 2011, but so far almost everyone who did I cannot access their profile. None of those users are active anymore. I am used to the message 'this user limits who can see their profile' however, this just gives a straight up error.

Any reason I can't access them? I would expect that maybe the account was deleted, but their messages are still on the board and it seems unlikely that over 6 accounts from 2011 all deleted their accounts.

The profiles are hidden like that when either the account is banned, or when it is awaiting email confirmation.
