Please help! Rookie and REALLY worried chicken momma! In the last 4-5 days, my flock of 36 laying Ameraucana have started sneezing, coughing, and sound congested. No nasal or eye discharge. I ordered some 25mg Gallimycin (Erythromycin) tablets hoping to put in their drinking water. Can someone please tell me how many tablets/gallon of drinking water, and how long to treat? Each of the hens is about 3-4 lbs. Please help!

How is your ventilation? Are they getting enough fresh air?
Ventilation is good I believe. The coop is a 12x24 building that used to be the guest house before the prior owners converted it. It also has a vaulted ceiling and the coop door is open during the day. The chickens are outside from 1000am to 1830pm every day. Their run is 70 feet by 100feet. We don’t have much dust- just hay fields surrounding us, but it has been windy lately. I’ve had them for about 1.5 years now, and this is the first time they’ve gotten a respiratory issue like this.
