Escaped chicken--How do I trap it?

Two fine white hens showed up here in the Spring. I managed to let them run free till Sept when the weather is going Cold and Wet real fast. I trapped one and the other refuses to get in it.
What to do to get it in a coop before it freezes or catches a illness and dies.

Do you know where it is roosting at night? If so, is that area a place you are able to reach safely? The easiest time to catch a chicken is when they are at roost for the night -- simply grab her, secure the body/legs and carry wherever you want her to be. If you aren't sure where she is roosting you can find out by keeping an eye on her around dusk and see where she goes.

I found 1 place she goes; in the Middle of a lot of trumpet vine in top of a fence. Yikes for getting her before she jumps and flies. It has me worried she will get lost in the dark with no idea where to hide.
