Beautiful Birds Juststruttin. Let me know when you have hatching eggs available. I can't wait to get some basque girls. I liked my two basque boys so much that I got rid of my other rooster and decided to keep these two boys. They are both friendly and beautiful.

Does the cockerel on the right in pic 2 weigh more than the other? I like his shape...

And he's the redder one that's in the 4th pic, right?

Wow, they turned out really nice. I am glad you kept them both they seem to be connected at the hip. I think they may be hatch mates to the roosters I kept for breeding.

Correct he's the redder one. I like his shape better as well but I have not weighed them so I'm not sure about that. I will try to weight them tonight. The redder one is so sweet to his girls as well. He is constantly dancing for them it's pretty funny.

I got weights on them this morning and the redder one is 7.4 pounds and the other one is 5.6 pounds. I really didn't think redder one weighted almost 2 lbs more.

It is hard to tell weight with tight feathered breeds.
