Ever day or two a chicken just drops dead

I have been doing chickens for a couple years. I have always had healthy chickens. This year Fleas in the chicken coop are horrible. The hot Texas heat does not help. I have put down nematodes and those are helping a lot. All of the sudden the chicken will be out in the yard and just fall down dead. I do not see them flopping or making noise. Just dead. It is happening with my turkeys and chickens. Both are about 5 months old. I have 11 turkeys left and 20 chickens left. Please help. These chickens are for food and eggs. Thank you, I have heard of sudden chicken death but have not seen where a whole flock can die from it.

How does their poop look. Can you post some pictures of it.

Can you take several fecal samples to your vet for testing?

Also, you should probably have at least one necropsied. With what sounds like a lot of losses, that would most likely give you your answers as to what you are dealing with.
