Michelle I was so glad to hear that you got Colton home. Last night it sounded like he had lots of plans for today, were you able to talk him in to resting instead, or is Des going to Duct tape his butt to the couch?!

Des called a little bit ago and has been working like a trooper this morning. She had done all the chores and had laundry going. She said Colton was still sleeping but she had already laid his clothes out for him when he gets up. Good Sis!

He seems to think he is going to visit school this afternoon, stay at football practice for a while and go to senior supper. I didn't tell him no, but I said we would play it by ear. That would pretty much wipe him out, but he is going to have to figure that out on his own.

Lindsey should be in surgery as we speak. I am hoping we will hear something soon.

Tell Colton NO WAY. He doesn't need to do all that. It'll only wear him out and extend his time for recovery. Is the reason he wants to go to school and football so that he can go to the supper? Or, would they let him stop in briefly at the supper if he doesn't do the other? That might be a good compromise if he's getting stir crazy...

Im glad to hear is he home in mommy and daddys arms-shower-bed-haha its all the same...When my Dh used to get pushed to take care of one of the girls when they woke up at night-he would bring them to our bed!!!! Um noooo I stopped nursing them to bed-its his turn! I had it straight for a full year with both getting up 4-6 times a night to nurse. I earned never to have to get up and deal with boogie monsters-thats his protector job-GET UP!!! and be quiet when you return...LOL
