Ever feel lonely when you dont have any PM's waiting for you?

There are some good and bad about DH going to hunting camp!

-It's 6 miles beyond my backyard-so in a pinch I could drive in
-I get alone time-which means no big dinners-the girls love that!
-alot less laundry
-the house gets so clean because I always want to surprise him
-I might actually get some venison this year
-I can BYC alot more-except studying for that test! It is 4 books big-go to AALAS.ORG and youll see what Im talking about-I can log on and study that way-thank goodness-but its tough-It is the last test I would have to take-Ive taken 2 so far and passed but this is the managment test-and I get to have another "thing" added onto my professional name so It would look like this N.Miller B.A LATg woo-hoo I hope I cant afford to not pass-I got a 2000$ raise last year when I took the 2nd test-

Bad things about DH being gone
-I am responsible for both girls in am at 2 different schools and pickups
-I have to really struggle with $ not to spend because I cant get any when he is gone:-(
-I dont sleep very well after the 2nd or 3rd night with DH gone-first 1-2 are good and I love bed hogging!
-It can be hard to get a whole of him in a pinch!
-I may not get any venison this year again!


theres more but I have a ton of stuff to do-I just got back from looking all over town for those dang blown out eggs transferrs and nothing!!!! also I dug up holes for 100 bulbs for Spring and pkanted--I have always wanted tons and tons of gorgeous SPring flowers!!!

Not exactly hospital corners, but folded and laid a certain way. I had to show hubby last night. Maybe I can make a video tutorial for you! Seriously, it may be my fault, but he wants them a certain way! I also have to make sure I get it done early enough because he keeps me up getting settled again! And when I brought in another set, he totally rejected them and pushed them to the bedroom door! So, I have to keep the same set washed up and he sheds so much I have to do it once a week. He sleeps on the floor on my side of the bed. He wasn't feeling good yesterday, but he was spunkier this morning! PM me your address too. I have the others, just haven't figured out what to send NY besides the handy dandy station window cling!

OMG-remember when I told you how small our town is and how mnay people DONT have poultry? My Youngest DD went to Lake Placid Horse show grounds a few weeks ago for school and told a conservationist about her mom having chickens. They called and want me to do presentations and start up a chicken "facility" of some sort for them! Holy cow-this is so exciting!!! I think they want me to bring some of my chickens to show and such and talk to them about what is involved with chicken care and incubation and such--Wow what an excuse to get my bator ou and hatch some of my eggs Ive been dying to see what they look like! Ill find out more tomorrow-I dont think I could pack anymore into my schedule right now huh?? Come here guys and help me out?? LOL Do you guys realize this is the first weekend we have all been on and chatting?

I am very nuts! we all are thats why we all love eachother so much!! LOL

I love to have the opportunity to talk about all my animals! And people not educated on poultry just don't realize all the different breeds and colors they come in. It is neat to see reactions to birds they have never seen before! I never had too much luck with hatching, but never really gave it too much effort. I am thinking of trying it seriously in the spring. It is a neat experience for us, but really exciting for people who haven't been around it at all! Make us proud and remember to mention BYC!

He is picky, I don't think I am totally responsible for it, but I do cater to him way too much! Second morning in a row that he was harder to wake up than Destiny! I kept talking to him and finally had to use treats to lure him out. Last night when Des tried to put him out, he came in the bathroom and hid behind me. I told him he had to go out at least while I fed the goats and I don't think he even got off the porch. He really doesn't like cold weather at all! It is going to be such a long winter for us!!

I am so excited about you getting your baby too!! This weekend you pick her up? It won't come fast enough! Too bad you didn't just have her outside your door like I did!

Did the person say why they are giving her away? And be sure to find out all the likes/dislikes you can. Sometimes I feel like Thunder is missing something. I guess that is why I try so hard to make him happy. That and he's old. We won't have him too many more years. You can try to find the right blankets for her, but Thunder picked his own. If he shoved them toward the door, I knew he didn't like them. My mom wants to make him a big pillow to sleep on, but I told her I would send the blanket over to make it with and if he didn't like it, she would have to take it apart!

Michelle....My DD Traci has a cat and 2 kittens she has to find homes for. I told her we will drive north and find them a good home with their own blankets and everything!!

Chickenchick.....I am making potato soup today!!! Can you smell it yet?
