I went and looked at a bunny last night. Not just any rabbit - a big friendly one.

The young lady is being pressured by her husband and family to find it a new home, poor girl. She's probably not much over 22 or 24, married 4 years. Sounds like a traditional family who thinks that maybe grandkids will result if she doesn't have her pets to spoil (and has the bunny room freed up...)

May end up with a bunny here, if she is able to bring herself to give it up. I'm not applying pressure but she knows that bunny has a good home with me if she does decide to part with him. (I suspect he'll be here this Sunday...)

Got home really late from that. She had to explain every livin' detail to me and just needed to chat for hours to help herself feel bunny was going to good folk. Sweet young lady...

Of course there are 462 other bunnies on Craigslist any day of the week but this one comes with housing and supplies and is neutered and litter trained...and very, very darling. You should SEE him. He'll stand up on his hind legs to take little pieces of carrots from your hands. He'll even eat his hay from your hands.
