Ever feel lonely when you dont have any PM's waiting for you?

No he wasn't

He was only about 30 feet from his bus stop. It looks like he pulled on to the road then lost control and over corrected. He was very upset about it when I got him out and got him home. The snow was right up to the door on his side. I think waiting for Kenny to come home was harder on him, he wasn't sure how much trouble he was going to be in. He was actually easier on him then I thought he was going to be

I bet he is more careful today.

I think its good sometimes to have them lose control of the car at slow speed .. it gives them more respect for exactly how a car can get away from you ..

I'm glad Katelyn wasn't hurt .. and Raymond will survive the picture being posted on the WWW.. hehehe

And being sent to Des! I agree. I hate that it happened, but sometimes a little incident like that will stick with them for a long time and remind them just how easily things can happen.

Oh, they are all doing really well. They are 11 days old today. One is 2-3 days behind the others in development. It's a bit smaller, too. I imagine it will catch up over time.

They were so funny this morning. I just had to stand down over their brooder and watch after I turned on the basement lights. They were popping around & stretching their little wings. Before long I'll have to get them more space. However, when they get more space it means they have to switch to a wire floor - because all of my other pens have a wire floor. So, I thought I'd give them another few days. (I may rig a fake bottom in it so they don't have to go on wire yet. We'll see.)

The bunny is doing great too. Hip hopping and playing around. He really loves his new pen.

Thats what I thought too. Now he knows just how fast something can happen and you NEED to be paying attention! I cna bet he will be much more careful when he leaves there tonight

He was a tad miffed that I "told" on him to Des!!

No snow here but a THICK layer of ice on a bucket of water outside.

The new pond deicer did its job so far. Bought it to keep the drain to the pool open & just put a hundred or so gallons of water in. The way the pool is shaped that worked out. It has the added advantage that all the neighborhood wildlife will have a place to come for water. It'll be a big squirrel water glass.

You should have seen me driving home with PVC pipe in my little Honda Fit, though. Had all but about a foot of it in the car. That foot had to stick out the window.

(Ran the cord and extension cord through the pvc. Otherwise, I know my son. He'd be stepping on the cord all winter & would pull the garden cart right over it...)

Crazy!

Boy am I glad I am not the only one that remembers that show. I loved it! I was just watching clips on YouTube and I was surprised at how much it changed and how long it ran. That was back when TV was innocent entertainment, back before Reality TV invaded

Uh. I don't' remember it from a show, but I know the phrase, ROFL. In fact, I think I need to use it today a time or two. I'm sure I can find a few dozen reasons.

Temp here is 27 with a windchill of 15. The high for the day is a balmy 38.

I loved that show too! It has been a long time since they have run it on TV. I am not even sure Des has ever seen it!

no honey i remember very well. loved that show.

ROFL I should probably clarify that the reason I don't remember some of these shows is not always due to age. We weren't allowed to watch most sitcoms. Lucy and Andy Griffith were allowed. Mr. Ed was allowed. Bewitched & I dream of Genie were allowed. Leave it to Beaver was NOT allowed....
