It's rainy here too-has been for days!

Ill be posting pictures of my egg decorations this week to chickenchick!!! I had to stop doing them late at night! I would take my sleeping meds and start on them for a short bit and have goofed almost all of them up!

CharmedOne-I hate not being able to "play" on here at night after the kids are in bed so i log on looped! LOL...

I am so tired of the rain. It makes me feel so blah! And, with Jerry out, I have some people I need to go out and see for him. Just trying to get the energy to leave my comfy office and do it!

I will tell Colton, but I think he is really leaning toward hoping we lose so we can get the season over with! The rain will be to our advantage since they are a passing team and we are a running one. There won't be much of a chance to pass in these conditions! And, got news yesterday that their star running back is ineligible due to his grades. So, we may have a chance!

I can't wait to see your egg decorations! I have bought stuff to start making my Christmas gifts too, but somehow just looking at it isn't enough. I guess I have to get it out of the bags and work at it! I have been overly lazy this week and enjoying it way too much!

I planned on doing it next week anyway! I am booked up until then! Tonight ball game, tomorrow night pumpkin and movie night (if I ever find pumpkins), Saturday at the station all day and Sunday is the Tupperware open house!

By the time Monday rolls around I will be ready to be lazy again!

First on the agenda is to get out in this rain and go see the nice lady at the new "Nutty Grill" in town. Work my butt off on her account to get her on the air tomorrow and get no commission from it. I love my job!

Rain, rain, rain! Our soy beans are still in the field because of this stupid rain! My chickens didn't even want to get out of the coop this morning except for that one hen that thinks she needs to lay her egg on the back porch! She can running out of the coop and made a beeline for the porch door.

Chickenchick...good luck hunting!! Our season is right before Thanksgiving. I have to get the spare room ready for company. Since we moved out to the sticks, we have become a deer camp!

Michelle I don't see how I'm going to get to come up this weekend.

I haven't got the outside coop area fixed yet where I can leave my girls locked up all day. And I can't leave them unlocked after dark. I sooo wanted to come up and see ya! Everyone I asked is of course busy because of Halloween! I am soooo bummed!

Charmed-- I was hoping you would get to come!

Maybe a miracle will happen between now and then! We got a break in the rain for a little bit, but meanwhile they put out the flash flood watch, so I am sure there is a lot more coming! I think I am going to go have some soup for lunch. About an hour ago I decided I don't really feel well.

Sounds like you guys are getting all the rain and we are getting the snow!

Oh well it made for easier hunting. My BIL got 2 this morning. We let him get the first ones because he has to head back to "the city" tonight. They boned one out and hung the other, then left for a quick evening hunt before dark. Of course we had to take time for lunch and a pitcher of beer in between.

My 2 year old nephew and I decided to sit this one out. He is watching Lion King so I thought I would check in and say hi!

NY I know what you mean about those pills making you loopy. Really though your posts weren't that bad.

I take some natural sleeping pill and I know its time to go to bed when I start slurring my words and my husband looks at me like I have lost my mind!

I cant wait to see pictures of your eggs. I still have......1, yes, 1 done!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Charmed, being deer camp is kind of fun isn't it?! Our season is actually over the 15th of November. For some reason our season closes a week early. We can hunt at DH cousins place on the other side of town after ours closes.
