oh and i am very sorry it is so cold over there!! are you all freezing and covered in snow? we did get some snow here last night too, on the mtn. if that makes you feel any better! i cant get my thing to work to upload a new pic but i have an old one from a few years ago...

it was taken the same day as my avatar picture right now in 2008 i think??... i was trying to get into the snowy spirit!

glad that we know elizabethbinary is doing ok!

so sweet of her to take in people who are in need, wish there was more we could do!

it has been a lazy day here and i am about to go hang some laundry on the line

oh and btw thechickenchick you should really make those cheese biscuits! they were sooooo good and super easy! my favorite! i used pepperjack cheese - yum

and they only took about 15 min to make and 12 min to bake! let me know if yall want the recipe!

and i love loved all the smileys today especially the 2 making out!

Puppy is here. Nice pup but we have some serious work to do.
Puppy is smaller than I expected. Somehow, based on pictures & the size of the floor tiles in the photo, I thought he was about 50% bigger. I'm sure not complaining.
We're still acclimating the two dogs to each other. Puppy is...a puppy. He wants to play. Lucy is an old dog. She's being very tolerant but I'm not ready to trust them unsupervised, not by a long shot. Puppy thinks dangling things (like ears) are toys. Lucy will probably put a stop to that. The cats are simply hiding in the bedroom since the hall is barricaded off for them.

Of course in the midst of all of this, my back started spasming...ugh.

Vet thinks puppy will be about 50 pounds when grown and estimated him at 10-12 weeks. I'd say that it's closer to 10 weeks BUT a very "mature" 10 weeks, ugh. Going to call tomorrow to schedule the neutering, ROFL, because he is already wanting to hump LUcy every now and then...and I can't stand that, ROFL.

Won't have much time to be online tomorrow.

Roz--Thanks for sending the puppy pic and letting me know about Elizabeth! We fell asleep around 3:30 and didn't wake up until almost 10!

I guess we needed it. Went back to sleep around 1 and only woke up a few times before getting up to come to work. We didn't even have to come in early today!
