and remembered I do have a "beanie" type Mizzou bear on my car dash!! It is black and will look perfect on top of one of the trees!! I also have my black and gold beads to use as garland!!

That is just going to be too cute!!! Maybe some black and gold ribbon? Maybe instead of spearing the poor tiger, you could make a big black and gold bow for the top and have long lengths of ribbon cascading down the sides. This is too fun!!

I am going to pick up some narrow ribbon to hang the ornaments. I couldn't find ornament hooks (wth?) so I think the ribbon will be cute. And I have thought if nothing else we can find the wider for the topper. I just have to be careful matching my golds. There is the real gold and old gold and both Trenton and Mizzou use both. I will search Wal-Mart with a fine toothed comb and let you know what I come up with. I am getting really excited about it!

I can't believe you can't find ornament hooks! You could use paper clips for hooks. Just unfold them?? This is going to be one cute tree! I have the whole collection of StarTrek ornaments. So I bought a fiberoptic tree just for them. It is really "far out!"

Star Trek?? My hubby will love you! You will need to post a pic of it! I have a very large assortment of NASCAR ornaments packed away. I was going to use paper clips or just wire and make my own, but I think I like the ribbon idea better if I can get some that looks right. I am sure I have some hooks also packed away, but that sounds like too much trouble to find. I wasn't planning on getting out any of my other Christmas stuff. Oh, and we already got our John Deere wrapping paper too!!

Yes.......I am a trekkie! I have been opening night to every movie! Did your DH go see the last movie? It has just come out on DVD or is coming out this week! I'm excited to see it again. Two of my DD's took me out to eat and to see the startrek movie for my birthday. Of course, I was the only trekkie so they really didn't get it. I love going opening weekend cause everyone there hollars and cheers at the same stuff!! Tell your DH....Live Long and Prosper!

He did go see the last one. It came out around Destiny's birthday and made her go see it with him. She isn't much into it either, but said it was pretty good. I think it came out last week, seems like we saw it Friday and he commented about it. I was going to tell my sis to get it for him for Christmas since she always buys him movies.

I found some neat stuff for the tree, so I will upload pics after we get it decorated this weekend. I also found a santa outfit for Thunder, but he is not too impressed with it. He at least tolerated me trying it on him!
