we got 18 inches of snow last night and it buried out town and crippled everyone-2 days prior it had rained 2 inches and melted so much snow my barn flooded-killing my Millie fluer girl

-last night our hot water heater blew up and wound up costing 1100$ we wernt expecting to spend -Dh is working on installing it now.

Hello my name is Tammy I usally just read but wanted to make sure everyone understood that the leaves of Rhubarb are very toxic ! More so than daylillies . I grow a couple different varietys for my sauces and jams . I have to make sure the Goats are never near them or my child or grand kids . The goats will eat anything and it will kill them I lost a lovely little pygmy awhile back . The kids used to think they were helping me pick , the love the big leaves on them . Hi everyone, hope everyone else is over the flu and cold. We got hit pretty hard here, even hubby got sick and that never happens. Between illness and going to work with Ed, he has laryngitis, I haven't been online much. Oh yeah, that headache I had last time I posted was evidently the first sign of the flu, ick. I see lots happened while I was gone. Hope you heal quickly charmed, glad the hawk didn't get you hen tex. Also LOVED the cool pictures. Hope everything goes better than expected Roz, Cancer is a mean and nasty disease. Your family are in our families prayers.

Forgot to update on how my day went, lol. Got up after only 4 hours sleep, dang insomnia

, to my Oscar laying on his side in the tank and freaked

. Put my hand in and rubbed him to see if he was alive and he was

. Got hubby and oldest DD off to work and fed my grandson. Started reading to catch up on the thread, fed Ethan lunch, then off to the dentist. He had a great check-up

. Get home and Ed calls to tell me he needs me to call a customer cause Laura can't talk to strangers on the phone

. Call customer and set up for her to bring her TV in tomorrow. Call Step-daughter to let her know I have to bring Ethan home because her Dad still can't talk so I need to go in with him in the morning

. Looks like I'll be going in for the next few days at least, oh yeah, did I mention I'm NOT employed there?

Needless to say I'm gonna be talking to his boss about maybe hiring me

. The only reason I'm doing this is I love my hubby dearly and he's the only one running the shop right now, oh yeah, his boss also lives in Arkansas and never comes in himself. I'm gonna be adding Incredimail to Ed's laptop tonight so I can keep up with y'all while I'm at work

. Thanks for listening to me vent, I needed that, lol.

Psychologist appt for DD19 next wed. She was receptive .. and this Dr. seems great .. returns calls personally .. even after 7pm last night..

I'm excited.. for her.

He also has a profile that she can relate to. He does personality assessment .. which she is big into .. and he is a writer and a writing coach on the side. He has 12 published mystery novels .. and she writes and draws .. so a contact point for them.

I sooooooooooo know he's the right guy...
