I wanted Colton to be named Jake but my hubby said it sounded too much like a dog and wouldn't let me do it! I have sworn I would have a dog by that name, but have never gotten around to it yet! He now has a nephew named Jacob, but I told him the names just aren't the same!

I hope "Jake"is born on Sept 29th my bday!!!

I have been calling him "Ducky" ever since Lindsie told me they might not stick with Traygen and won't tell anyone for sure until he is born. I know she did it as a "power" thing and to get me worked up, but I just told her he would be Ducky then! She has tried to get me to call him Traygen again, but I won't do it! The last sonogram pic she showed me he looked exactly like a duck, hence the perfect nickname!

By the way, Kelly and Roz got to meet her last Friday when we met up for supper.

Eta--the 29th is also Tonna's birthday (hubby's cousin) and her step-dad's so there are several people pulling for that day! The doc wants to induce the 19th.

speaking of which I am outta here for the day-have to go grocery shopping-I swear I'm up to 800$ a month on groceries! My nephew is still with me ( going on 3+ months now)

I am sure it will work out. Everything happens for a reason, etc...

Are there other job opportunities in your field in your area just in case? I know there aren't many jobs around here.
