G'day,


It was a nasty week

I needed to see the doc because my foot ( the one on the broken leg) hurted very much and it turned out that there was an inflammation so for 10 days some meds. I just don't react that well on the meds....

Then the dogs. BF has a German Shepard called Boa, female and I've got a mutt called Beer, male. Anyway the don't get allong so we've got them seperate for already 3 years. I don't know what happend but Beer ran off to the gate where Boa's behind and she found a little opening and cought him.....
His skull skin was complete skinned, we still wonder what the heck happend that this was the result....

Anyway I was so happy BF was home cause for sure she killed him and I couldn't get her to stop. We wen't straight to the Vet's and he got stiches, drains and looks like Frankenstein. I was so scared he would not made it, I mean he's 11 years old but a real terrier, didn't gave a growl or bark what so ever. Vet was also very suprised with the injury, it's his complete left side that was skinnend. It took here about 60 in to stich it al together, then he stopped breathing but came back ( thank god for that). I picked him up yesterday

Vet says he's like a Iron dog so strong and though! This morning when went back for a bandage change and it looks ok. Monday they will take the drain out....

I guess we now know for sure these two DON' T get along....

Still need to find homes for 3 roo's otherwise they will end in the soup, and I need to prepare something for a intern jobinterview at work. Right now I am so glad I've got the day off

How is everyone else doing? And can someone tell me how the situation around Brazoria County (TX) is with the fires?

Thank you , thank you!!! It was an enjoyable evening and a beautiful day in Colorado. Today was a tad cooler but still nice. I fly home in the morning. I ahve this awful feeling I missed one of your birthdays, and I should have looked ahead on my calendar before I left

There are several sept birthdays so if I forgot one of you , I am so sorry!! It will be the first thing I check when I get home. Have a great evening everyone

I have a crew coming to my house this weekend. Both sisters and Mom -- Big girls weekend planned. It's going to be fun.

Linda is healing well. It's been rough but she is a trooper. My mammogram came back and I have to have a needle biopsy. Same scenario as Linda -- a cluster of calcification -- It's kind of freaky since Linda just went through what she did. but I have a positive feeling about it. anyway any prayers would be appreciated.
