It's good advice though! I will plug my phone in right now and the puter is all ready charged. Are things better at work yet? Or are things busy because you are doing it all?!

Things are a little better. The boss came in Mon and Tues for a few hours, but didn't make it in today. Of course, he hasn't been released by his doc yet to come back to work. He started cardiac rehab this afternoon, so that may keep him down a little longer. I was busy with my stuff. I got a last minute order from the US Census Bureau I had to take care of. It was for all 3 stations so I had to write orders for each. I also had some other little stuff to take care of. I think I am going to head home soon and see if we can catch some more Curling on TV this afternoon and get supper fixed before primetime Olympics and American Idol start tonight!

I'm glad things are getting better. Also happy to hear John is up and about.

Afternoon everyone!
Took me a little while to get caught up on all my reading. I have like 10 BYC threads I keep up with but this one is my favorite!

Sonew-- AWESOME ice palace! I would loved to have seen that in person. Thanks for posting all those pictures. You are just like my sister. Yall both have noses that look just find but think they look big. All I noticed was a pretty and happy looking family.


Sunshine--LOVE your beautiful roo! I keep saying I am going to get one that looks like that. Mine for now is just white rock, boring lol.

Charmed-- Harry is really really pretty too but did I miss something, did he get injured? Hope he is going to be ok. I say "off kilter" too lol.
Like "I feel a little off kilter today with these new pain pills the dentist gave me."

Michelle-- good to hear the boss is back but isn't it a little early for him to be going back to work? Hope things keep getting better there.

Hope everyone else is having a good day so far or I guess I should say by now a good afternoon or evening. I always get on here after everyone has gotten off lol.

I spent all day in Jackson(big town about 45 mins. from here) at the dentists office. Waited 3 hours then got a tooth pulled and am sitting here with an ice pack against my jaw now. I am holding it between my head and shoulder like people do with a phone when their hands are busy lol. It is really a can of frozen condensed juice wrapped in a towel. Works better than a bag of ice. My pain meds have me a little OFF KILTER! LOL I had to say that!

Hubby is not an Olympic fan. We ended up watching reruns of Seinfeld...(that show cracks me up!) Bill O'Reilly and something else I can't remember.

Edited to say......If they had a beer drinking Olympics...He'd watch that....if he wasn't in it!!!

My hubby swears he isn't an Olympic fan either, but he has watched it with us every night! Last night him and Colton went up to Tonna's to see the truck she bought and the first words out of his mouth when he got home was "How did the curling game end?" Destiny and I just smiled at each other after he looked away! Those two runs Shaun White did last night was probably the best thing I have seen so far, it was even prettier than that first qualifying race Apolo Ohno ran Friday night when he passed three guys in one try! Yes, I have turned into quite the Olympic geek!!

I have never watched Seinfeld, even when it was popular. I used to watch O'Reilly, but we usually watch Nancy Grace, Larry King and Anderson Cooper. Last night the final 24 were announced on American Idol and Mizzou was playing basketball all during the Olympics, I had the remote hopping!
