Wow....not very talkie this weekend. Only took me 10 mins to catch up!

RIR...I let my girls out in the rain. They like playing in it. The only thing is they get their eggs really muddy!

Did you have a beautiful weekend too? Still a little cool, but we have severe meltage yesterday. The driveway was a mud pit when we got home yesterday and luckily it was like driving through a plowed up field after all the ruts froze last night and I came to work this morning! I figure at this rate, we may be snow free by June!

Our weekend was the same as yours. I know what you mean about the ruts! Everytime we try to feed the cattle, the tractor gets stuck. We are going to have to blade the yard before spring so the lawnmower can get through it!

I really don't care for hockey but did you watch the USA and Canada match! It was really exciting. I was thinking about you all while I was watching it.

We went to Wal-Mart while the hockey game was on. We really can't get into that sport much, but we did keep track of the score and updates on our phones! We were almost home when it was over. I did catch the men's gold medal curling game on Saturday!

6 months from last Friday is the season opener of High School football!!

The basketball games at Milan were a bust! The girls won pretty handily, but the boys acted like they had never played before! It was fun to know that the rivalry never dies, although, I was a little embarrassed to know the student body let the other team out yell them on their own court. That would have never happened when I was in school! I also rode with my cousin and her boyfriend over there and had a nice visit with them. We went to the bar and had a few beers before the game. Destiny rode with Tom and wasn't very happy that we got to the game late!!

Good morning! Just busy getting things ready here. It always seems like there is more to getting the pets prepared for 3 days alone than getting me ready! My in-laws called last night to tell us they were on their way out to visit

They wanted to see our bathroom. Unfortunately you have to walk through our bedroom to see it. Well our BR is not the cleanest room in the house anyway but when it comes to me packing for a trip

It looked like a tornado went through there. Hubby bless is heart got in gear and helped me super speed clean. Thankfully I had cleaned the kitchen and living room already and Raymond had cleaned his bathroom (the guest br ).

Michelle I love it that you have kittys named Johnny and June!! I will post a picture of Cash soon, hopefully before we leave tomorrow, but I have a lot to do today! I have to pay bills too and we all know how much I hate that!! I am glad Coltons no-no wasn't as bad as you originally thought. I think he learned his lesson too! I can only imagine how scared and nervous I will be when I know Raymond is doing those things! Friday night he stayed in town and said he was "riding around" with Frank. I told Kenny, well it has started! Until now it has been "walking around" with....

Our weekend weather was great . Yesterday we did chores outside and even started a fire in the pit in the front yard. It was even warm enough to sit on the lawn chairs for a while. I did some chicken chores and hubby split some fire wood. Now all I can think of is summer and camping

OH!! I think I get to take you all with me!! Not for sure but hubby said, yea, you could probably bring it!

So I might be able to check in at least!


Well I need to finish packing!

Aww, I have been dreaming of spring also. I told hubby yesterday that before too long we are going to have to get the new screen door for the front, no hurry, but I want it up as soon as it is nice enough to air out the house! He told me to go ahead and pick it up, but I don't want to jinx anything! We are, afterall, still putting wood in the furnace!

Oh, and my hubby must be buttering me up for something. I came home Friday night to a gift from him. Since it wasn't anything for the house or vehicles I was very pleasantly surprised and a little weary. He bought me a Missouri Tiger purse! I don't normally carry a purse much but had my eye on this one for quite a while, just hated to pay the money for it. Well, Friday night while I was gone, he went out and bought it for me! So far, I haven't figured out why, but I have it loaded and ready to use!

chickenchick--Are you leaving tomorrow too? Packing is always the worse, and yes, especially getting the animals prepped. I fuss over them more than my own children! When I was gone to the hospital those few days, I would call home to see how the animals were, then ask about hubby and Colton! They are used to it and hubby even put Thunder on the phone for me once!

I talked to a friend of a friend yesterday who has some pygmy goats she would like to get rid of. I know they are well taken care of, but until we get the fence taken care of, it is out of the question. Should I give her your phone number?

Boy that is tempting! I don't have any place for them right now. DD is feeling better and I took her home friday night. I have a cold now. I don't think it's strep like she had but I'm snotty.......no really.........my nose.....not my personality
