It sounds like you do need a vacation. Buy a ticket to Great Falls MT and I will be there to pick you up at the airport. You can come stay in our zoo for a while! I am sure your place is busy with animals too but at least here its not your poop to pick up! Tell Charmed to pack her bags and meet you at the airport too. Its you that doesn't like to fly right? Just have her get you drunk in the airport just before you take off. You can pass out and she can wake you up in MT!

Rocky is part lab and I don't know what else. NOT a kitty chaser which is fantastic. He is just laid back. He was standing at the foot of the bed staring at us this morning. I called him and he jumped right up and started rolling around for loves. I took him out to the chickens this morning and he wasn't to sure about those noisy critters. He just stared at them through the fence, then peed on it

How is grouchy ole Thunder doing these days? Still hogging the heater?

Good Friday Morning! Chickenchick....glad you made it back to reality ok. Can't wait to see the pics of your new family member. Do you still have the dog you were having trouble with...Bruce? is that his name? I haven't heard you talk about him lately. The one that was giving Raymond trouble. Which reminds me........did I tell you guys I got my first senior discount Tuesday? SENIOR DISCOUNT!!!!!!! I didn't realize that is what happened til I got home. I got a discount at Southerlands when I went to buy wood pellets for the stove. I had never gotten a discount before so I looked at the receipt when I got home. Well, since I wasn't wearing my purple heart or anything, the veterens discount was out and the only other thing was a SENIOR DISCOUNT!!!

Do I look like a senior to you?!!! I am only 48 not 55! Ok, ok...I have some gray hair but geez!! Next thing you know AARP will be busting down my door! Yea, I saved 5 bucks but.........alright, alright.......... I'm done ranting. Geez! Wheres the night cream and the hair color??

Thunder is doing pretty good, the extra heaters haven't been on much lately, but he is dealing with it. The last few days he has been kinda restless, but I am blaming it on the weather change. Nothing bad, but he wants out more, whines some and wants to play more. I have been tired, it gets on my nerves a bit. The other day we had Pizza Hut pizza. Hubby brings in one for Destiny and I and goes to the garage to feed him and the boys. It is sitting on my lap and Destiny comes over to get some, Thunder is standing in front of me and starts growling at her!

He would not let her have any! I finally had to give him treats in the bedroom so he would let me share it with her. He is too smart for his own good! He also went out the other night and found his place in the new truck. She told him he would have to sit in the back, he growled and laid right down in the front passenger seat while we worked and cleaned on it! I finally got him out by offering left overs from supper. Other than that, he hasn't had any real "incidents" lately. I am looking forward to enjoying spring with him and getting him out more.

That is great that Rocky is adjusting so well! What is up with peeing on everything? I know it is territorial, but sheesh, Thunder has to do that on EVERYTHING outside!

Destiny just came into my office all excited about the phone call she just got. Our good friend Judge Steve Hudson just called and wanted to know if she will be on his son's trivia team tonight. She was on it last year and really enjoyed it. Tanner is a cute kid and just loves her and she is flattered! Steve used to be on teams with us when the Advocacy Center would hold them and we would kick butt! Did I tell you guys we won first place last year? I am so full of useless information it is ridiculous! This contest is with the middle school and consists of like 3 students and 3 adults or something like that. I sit in the bleachers and Destiny and Steve always look up to see if I can help them. Destiny and I were just practicing her reading my lips, they weren't very good at that last year!

I am looking very forward to going tonight and relaxing and learning some new useless stuff!

Hey Charmed I am here I took day off to go to doc's for more happy pills haha-went shopping at Sams club 495$ worth of food!!! I only do that 2x a year well maybe 3 but thats it and while I was there I made hubby proud and got all the tires changed on my car for under 500$ blew the sams club card to the top..ouch but needed..Home by noon chores and garbage now Im here "home" for the day

I am back from lunch with my mom. I took a little longer than usual and had a good time. I am also hoping to get out of here soon and enjoy my afternoon!

I was planning on cleaning and laundry this evening, but I guess I will have to put it off another day since I am going to trivia night! What a shame!!

NY--I need to check there for tires. The ones I want for my truck are EXPENSIVE! I have been pricing them, but good grief, I hate to let go of that much for rubber!

NY it sounds like you have had a productive day! We shop at Sams too. We go every payday, usually costs us about $125. We but all of our shampoo, laundry detergent etc. there too. We don't stop at our local unless we are out of wine or milk!

Michelle I used to let people walk all over me and volunteer me for things, or the best one, let people guilt me into things. I turned in to a bitc...... well you know! I finally put my foot down. I will help my friends and family with anything they need, whenever they need it but I have to draw the line with other people. Every church, club, kids activity, etc., new I was a huge pushover, so instead of getting asked I was getting told, no more! People hesitate to ask at all because they know I usually need a pretty darn good reason to even leave my house!!

BUT I will leave the house whenever you want if it means we can all meet up somewhere!
