Tires stress me out! We don't have the $ either. We are lucky that our tire shop guy has known Ken since he was born so he allows us to make payments.

I need a tire freind Thats awesome! Now I just need to find a friend whos will take payments on an outdoor wood burning stove and a person to get wood from and all sorts of things

chickenchick and I had this conversation the other day. Buy an indoor wood burning stove which is much cheaper than an outdoor one (check Craig's list) and adapt it to the outdoors. That is what we did this winter and it keeps us plenty toasty and works like a charm!

IDK yet? haha Im going to only keep some from every hatch and sell the rest or give them away! I have BLRW in there from Gretchen and Fay so Im keeping every hen I get and keeping the 2 best roos-I have 19 of those eggs in-then 2 tester buff silkie eggs-8 standard light brahmas-ummm 7 of my standard cochin eggs-3 of my olive eggs-ooh yeah 8 BO eggs 4 BBS orp eggs and ummm a few more I forgot hahaha

I guess I'll brush up on the lingo first....

then get a bator..........

LOL Blue Laced Red Wyandottes--to die for--if I dont sell the fertile eggs I sell them for eating problem solved-

Oh Michelle I did tell Dh weeks ago about doing what you told me to do but he can be a little stubborn and at times amy think my ideas are just wrong! So that is when my attitude kicks in and I go ahead without telling and do it! SO I will be searching on Craigslist and such first he thinks it will be around 7-10 grand-we were hoping to somehow finance it all but doesnt look like we can do anything of that nature do to our once perfect credit being destroyed when we seperated and 2 years later it is still in the pits!

Dang it! I googled and was coming back with the RW!

I think we got ours for around $500 and then whatever for some tin, insulation and piping for it. Want me to send hubby's number so he can call and ask him about it? I seriously will if you want, he wouldn't care at all. I will try to remember to take a pic of it. It isn't much to look at, but it might give you (or him) an idea on how it was done.
