Holy moses! where do you come up with the funds to get 9 cats fixed? yes, kitty pictures -kitty pictures!!!

Sorry forgot to add the FREE spay/neuter clinic!

I wish we had somewhere like that to go. Will Matty be making a trip before long?

That sounds like a great weekend to me! I am unsure of our plans, just things around home I guess. Raymond still doesn't know if his friend are coming out tonight so we could have a house full of boys. The weather is going to be a little cooler and rainy

Ribs sound so good! Kenny likes to make those in the summer too!

Colton's absolute favorite food is ribs! I thought I could talk them into staying home last night by getting them, but they wanted to go out. So, they will still be waiting tonight. Wanna guess what Colton ordered last night? We grill a lot in the spring/summer.

I don't think we will have many boys around this weekend, Freddie will be gone on a shoot again and Colton will probably want to see that girl.

Our weather is going to be cooler and rainy still also. I almost froze last night, but I think I am trying to come down with something. My sinuses have sorta bothered me all week and have left me exhausted every night, and today they are really kicking in. I am hoping to get over it this weekend. I blame hubby, I think he breathed on me!

I hope you don't get any sicker! Sounds like you should just rest ALL weekend and have the kids do laundry, build pens, clean house and wait on you

Sounds great, but it never happens here either!!

So has Colton said any more about this girl?

Raymond said he spoke to Nathan yesterday and he seemed like his happy self again. So Raymond didn't ask him much. He plans on seeing him this weekend. So I hope that works out. I haven't heard back from his SM.

As far as the s/n clinic, I had to do something! We had more cats than I could count and some of my babies were on their third litters. We ended up with stray cats when we couldn't afford to fix anyone then it got out of hand. I sent out an email to everyone I knew who sent it out to everyone they knew, to see if anyone needed some barn cats. I rehomed 6 or 8 that way. Then a friend of the gal who puts on this clinic got a copy of my email from someone and contacted me. So it sort fell in my lap and I took advantage of it!

Wonderful idea about the work, but Destiny has it too, hubby is still recovering and I am sure Colton will have it by tomorrow. His sinuses and allergies are the worst! Sounds like a good weekend to take it easy. I am hoping to get quite a bit done around the house while watching the draft tonight. I have just been so exhausted this week!

Colton hasn't mentioned the girl, but I haven't asked either. I will see what happens this weekend.

I am glad Nathan is doing better and I am glad he has Raymond there to worry about him and keep an eye on them. I hope they get to have some boy time together this weekend!

So, took me a while to get this typed, the boss came by to talk!

Good Morning! Sorry I'm so late getting on. I have been fighting with Sprint all morning. They signed us up for auto bill pay without our knowledge of it. Of course they say I did it by mistake while I was paying the bill online but they didn't realize who they were dealing with! There was NO WAY I would even accidently do that. I am not a moron!

Anyway...I got them to see thing my way.

I will be cleaning out the chickenhouse this weekend. If it doesn't rain!! It is definately too wet to plant anything. I probably won't get back into the garden for a week! Grandson is coming out to stay with us while parents are at the lake. He made the principals honor roll this quarter! We're really proud of him. He has to work for his good grades! We're giving him a gun cabinet we no longer use. I think he will be thrilled!

I wanted to tell you guys, when I started letting my chickens out to roam, Eddie wanted to chase them. We put a shock collar on him. My DH would say "No Birds Eddie" and sound the little beep. When he kept after the birds, he got a jolt. One time was all it took! He doesn't even look at them now! And if they are squawking or something and get his attention, all we have to say it NO BIRDS EDDIE and he comes to his senses fast! Some people may not like shock collars but used like we did, it was a wonderful training tool.

Please...no shock collar denouncers....

Good for you to stand up to the Big Guys like that! I am not a big fan of autopay either. I will give them my money when I darn well please, not when they decide to take it out.

Sounds like you will have a fun weekend with the Grandson. I hope it clears out enough that you can at least get the chickenhouse cleaned out and a few things done outside. Sounds like Sunday is going to really be on the cool side.

The shock collar is a great idea for training like that! Although in my case it might be easier to put one on Betsy to keep her off the front porch!
