I know. I haven't been on vaca since we moved to the farm. I consider myself on vacation every day I'm on the farm but a little change of scenery wouldn't hurt.

I am baaaaack!! Had to stop by the station on our way home so Destiny could put in a show before it airs tomorrow. It is the one thing she left for the new guy to do and he messed it up. Soooo, we are getting that done, got my e-mail checked and hopefully heading home soon to check on all my animals I missed while I was gone! Oh, right after I stop and fill up with gas. Colton had my truck for a few days and left me with under a quarter of a tank 20 miles away.

Looking forward to catching up with everyone Monday!!

Okay, I will try to get on tomorrow or definately on Monday and tell you guys about it. Colton doesn't usually drive my truck, but he wanted to borrow it. I swear I filled the tank right before I left and his Dad swears he told him to make sure I had plenty of gas before he dropped it off for me. Oh well, I will get even!! Good Night Guys!

The torrential rains they promised us have now moved in, glad I got my windows up a few minutes ago! I am afraid it will only add to our humidity later today. The weather was so nice while we were gone when back here it was so hot. I was hoping we missed it, but it sounds like another hot week.

I could hear Thunder barking from the house as soon as I got out of the truck!! I went in the house and he actually jumped on me he was so excited. He even slipped and fell because he was so happy. Every time I would go outside to get something he would sit in the house and bark until I came back. He ate 2 bowls of dog food immediately and slept like a rock that night. Hubby said he paced every night I was gone. On a sad note, Walter seemed to have forgotten us. He was really shy and wouldn't come, but first order of business was for Destiny to put him in the tub and then he seemed to remember exactly who we were! Hubby usually spends a lot of time with the goats, so they were glad to see me, but didn't seem to miss me as much.

We traveled many many miles and had a really good time. Like I said, we had to come to work Friday evening for about an hour and I ended up working 8-5 Saturday between the auction and having to record some ads, so yesterday was full of laundry and catching up around the house.

We finished our bowling league last night and got our new bowling balls. It must have brought me good luck because I did really well! We start another 10 weeks this Sunday. We will then get a bowling bag. Tonna decided not to do it, so I am looking for a replacement for her.

Poor Thunder. He sounds like Ginger. We were only gone 3 days and she was so excited she was trying to climb up my leg. She is used to being left behind but she gets happy every time. Rocky went with us. I decided to let him off of the leash to see how he would handle that. It was a quiet/empty campground and started out as just us (another rant for another time

) . He did very well. If he got behind a tree or something and I couldn't see him, I would call him and he came back immediately. Mostly he just laid under the table or by my chair. He also loved his first boat ride!

I just heard thunder, Ginger is trying to climb on my lap!
