those pcitures are so sweet! I love jasper and DH and Des new kitty I Love love love orange kitties!!!

I so want geese-just 2 I think but gosh I cant get over the fact that when chuckie bites/plays it hurts like heck and I cant imagine how bad those geese hurt -because you know with my luck I will get a jerk!

If they are in their pen, they are very territorial and will go after people. If they are out free ranging, they won't come around because they are afraid they will get herded back to their pen, so we are safe then. However, I have seen them put many a smack down on the cats when they are out and about and they have chased Bella and held her in their duck house when she hopped the fence to their side! They are funny creatures to have around. Also be sure not to have your toes exposed too close to the fence either, Nester watches for those!

Hello ladies! Ahhhh. I'm home and don't have to go ANYWHERE unless I want to until Tuesday night. That's a good holiday weekend plan.

Michelle & Destiny -- that's quite some preparation for football season! I hope the game goes well & no one is injured.

Re: geese. Mine were nice geese. It may have had something to do with the fact that they never quite realized they weren't ducks and always had a bit of an idea that they might even be part chicken.

Time to just sit for a few minutes, then take care of some grading work later today so that it isn't hanging over me all weekend!

In the meantime, I'm going to have my regular Friday late afternoon lunch: Spinach pie/calzone type thing, delicious Tunisian dates, and ice coffee. Yum! (A favorite shop around the corner makes the Spinach pie/calzones once a week...)

I like feeding dust bunnies! It doesn't cost anything and takes little to no effort on my part. No special cage AND they never die! Perfect Pet! Lol!
