Ever feel lonely when you dont have any PM's waiting for you?

Nah, I have not had a web cam in YEARS. My bro keeps telling me to get this thing that makes it possible to just plug in your cam to the puter and download it all without all that other complicated stuff lol That really made alot of sence huh?

Rant away! I'd have a sign made that say's RESERVED FOR MOM. All other cars will be towed...

I'm probably lucky I manage to fit a subcompact into my garage.

I did evict the lawn mower, bike, sawhorses, and lumber. Those get stored in the extra garage (er...workshop...I've had people make fun of that one... "It's not a garage. It's a big storage shed. Nope, it's a single car garage. Has a garage door, a cement pad to drive into the building, and space for one car if it were empty. I'm calling it a garage even if it doesn't have a driveway up to it!)

We also have a shed. It has a garage door, but no way to drive a car up into it, so we do classify it as a shed. It holds the 4-wheelers, chicken coops, hay, straw, other junk we don't want in the garage and a litter of kittens. I don't go into it very often. Your building however, would count as a garage.

HA HA. No driveway to it...but there is a gate in the fence wide enough for a car or tractor.

It has an industrial strength vent fan, too. We're pretty sure he probably used that as his varnish shed. The guy that lived here before us did woodworking for a living. He had a home business building the stuff here on the property.

Harumph. Well, I have an in-ground pool. Do I win yet?

(Ahem. We won't discuss the fact that the water is a nice deep, dark green...)

I guess you could alway screen over the top of the pool and have an inground aviary. Of course you would need to remove the dark green water first! Lol!

Aren't you about ready to close your pool?

Are you going to Renfest this weekend?

Holy crap! That mudslide was something. I found a story on it - says so far, no deaths or injuries reported from it.

As for the sewing...nope, nada. The last major sewing project I did was my wedding dress. The bead and lacework on that thing burned me out on sewing for life. I had to make a muslin model before making the actual bodice. Never again. I did make one quilt top since then but have never gotten around to putting a back on it. Maybe before I die. Made some baby quilts when my son was born.... I did buy a "new" machine at an estate sale this summer. Haven't even plugged it in once yet to use it. Not in a rush. However, we won't talk about the four Rubbermaid tubs of fabric in the basement for projects I'll never do.

I might have a new pump and filter installed next year and turn it back into a swimming pool instead of a frog pond.

If not, I'm going to get a pool pump and just let it BE a pond, throw in some koi and plants, etc. As for clsoing the pool...well, yeah. I need to do that soon. Haven't swam in it all year since the pump and filter haven't worked right since I bought it. I have to go buy a sump pump to pump water levels down. The one that was here is no good (and, since the pool pump is no good I can't drain it the proper way...) We "are" talking about a pool that is more than 50 years old here... ha ha.

Renfest..kind of. We're at least going out for the Pirate's Feast. Otherwise, I'm not sure how long I'll stay this weekend - at least long enough to satiate my appetite with good food!
