Help! Yellow diarrhea, hen very sick

Help!

My 7 year old Leghorn (still laying) has been pooping for three days yellow greenish diarrhea after starting a 3rd course of sulfa drugs recommended by the vet.
She's getting weaker and weaker and she doesn't eat or drink anymore. We are feeding her Critical Care with a syringe.
Is there any way we can help her? The vet says that her digestive system shut down and there is nothing we can do.

Why was the vet giving the chicken the drug?

I think it could be from the meds or whatever you took the chicken to the vet for but if you could tell us, I’ll be helpful full information.

Because she had an impacted crop and the vet found gram negative bacteria in her crop. According to the vet, the bacteria caused the impacted crop.

The vet didn't find any cocci or worms

No, she didn't.

Cause if the vet said that your chicken has no Coccidiosis then usually it means that your chicken has a kidney problem which could be affecting side effect from the medication.

when was her last egg she laid?

That type of yellow urates can indicate severe dehydration or liver problems usually related to a reproductive disorder. Sulfa antibiotics do have side effects. Did she have the yellow poop before she started the sulfa antibiotics?
